Union Bank of India cancels OTS issued to Kesar Multimodal Logistics Limited

Union Bank of India has informed that the One-Time Settlement (OTS) issued by it has been cancelled on account Non-payment of OTS dues.

However, the Company is in the process of seeking revalidation of Said OTS.
