GE Shipping delivers its 2009 built LR2 Tanker 'Jag Lokesh'

On 21st July 2026, The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited (GE Shipping) delivered its 2009 built LR2 Product Tanker "Jag Lokesh" to the buyers. The vessel was contracted for sale in Q2 FY27.

After this transaction, the company's current owned fleet stands at 40 vessels, comprising 25 Tankers (5 Crude Tankers, 16 Product Tankers, 4 LPG Carriers) and 15 Dry Bulk Carriers (2 Capesize, 10 Kamsarmax, 1 Ultramax, 2 Supramax) aggregating 3.24 mn dwt.

Shares of The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1385.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1345.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 57218 in over 2851 trades.
