Profit Before Tax (PBT): Grew to ₹272 crore for Q1 FY27, reflecting a 209% jump over ₹88 crore in Q1 FY26 and a 19% sequential increase from ₹228 crore in Q4 FY26.
Profit After Tax (PAT): Came in at ₹92 crore for the quarter, compared to ₹25 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹174 crore in Q4 FY26, impacted by a higher current tax provision of ₹157 crore during the period.
Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS for the quarter stood at ₹0.10 per share (face value of ₹1 each), compared to ₹0.03 in Q1 FY26 and ₹0.19 in Q4 FY26.

Quick Commerce
The Quick Commerce vertical emerged as the main driver of overall operational revenue during the quarter.
Revenue: External customer revenue soared to ₹15,664 crore in Q1 FY27, up 553% from ₹2,400 crore in Q1 FY26 and 18% quarter-on-quarter from ₹13,232 crore.
Segment Results: Reported a positive operating profit of ₹365 crore for Q1 FY27, marking a sharp turnaround from an operating loss of ₹42 crore in Q1 FY26 and a sequential growth of 38% over ₹265 crore in Q4 FY26.
India Food Ordering and Delivery
The core food delivery division maintained steady profitability and mid-double-digit growth.
Revenue: External revenue reached ₹3,100 crore in Q1 FY27, reflecting a 37% year-on-year growth compared to ₹2,261 crore in Q1 FY26 and a 13% increase from ₹2,737 crore in Q4 FY26.
Segment Results: Operating profit for the division increased to ₹621 crore in Q1 FY27, up 34% from ₹465 crore in Q1 FY26 and 13% sequentially from ₹549 crore in Q4 FY26.
Hyperpure Supplies (B2B Business)
Revenue: External revenue stood at ₹1,034 crore in Q1 FY27, compared to ₹2,295 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹978 crore in Q4 FY26.
Segment Results: Operating profit turned positive at ₹14 crore for the quarter, improving from an operating loss of ₹5 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹13 crore in Q4 FY26.
Going Out & Other Segments
Going Out: External revenue rose to ₹318 crore in Q1 FY27 compared to ₹207 crore in Q1 FY26. The segment recorded an operating loss of ₹61 crore for the quarter, narrowing down from a loss of ₹73 crore in Q4 FY26.
All Other Residual Segments: External revenue came in at ₹95 crore, with an operating loss of ₹90 crore during the period under review.
Key Expenditure Insights
Purchases of Stock-in-Trade: Stood at ₹12,860 crore during the quarter, compared to ₹2,557 crore in Q1 FY26.
Delivery and Related Charges: Increased to ₹3,150 crore in Q1 FY27 from ₹1,869 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹2,607 crore in Q4 FY26.
Employee Benefits Expense: Rose to ₹1,068 crore, compared to ₹830 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹927 crore in Q4 FY26. Share-based payment expense accounted for ₹255 crore within overall operational expenses for the quarter.
Advertisement and Sales Promotion: Expenses stood at ₹945 crore for Q1 FY27, compared to ₹671 crore in CPLY and ₹936 crore sequentially.
