Tanla Platforms Reports Strong Q1 FY27 Results with Net Profit Rising 20.1% YoY to ₹142 Crore

Tanla Platforms Limited, an AI-native platform company, today announced its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27), kicking off the new financial year with strong revenue growth, expanding profit margins, and robust cash flow generation.

Executive Financial Highlights

Consolidated Revenue: Reached ₹1,226.39 crore (₹1,226 Cr) in Q1 FY27, representing a 17.8% year-on-year (YoY) increase compared to ₹1,040.66 crore in Q1 FY26, and a 4.1% sequential (QoQ) growth over ₹1,177.54 crore in Q4 FY26.

Gross Profit: Stood at ₹326.18 crore (₹326 Cr), growing 25.1% YoY compared to ₹260.65 crore in Q1 FY26 and 2.6% QoQ from ₹317.84 crore in Q4 FY26.

EBITDA: Recorded at ₹201.25 crore (₹201 Cr), up 22.7% YoY over ₹163.98 crore in Q1 FY26 and 4.9% QoQ over ₹191.84 crore in Q4 FY26.

Profit After Tax (PAT): Consolidated net profit for the quarter expanded 20.1% YoY to ₹142.17 crore (₹142 Cr), compared to ₹118.41 crore in Q1 FY26, and grew 5.8% QoQ from ₹134.32 crore in Q4 FY26.

Free Cash Flow: Free cash flow for the quarter reached ₹126 crore, representing 89% of net profit.

Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS for Q1 FY27 stood at ₹10.77 per equity share (face value ₹1 each), up from ₹8.82 in Q1 FY26 and ₹10.18 in Q4 FY26. Diluted EPS reached ₹10.75.

Tax Provision: Total tax outlay for Q1 FY27 stood at ₹3,911.30 lakhs (comprising current tax of ₹4,117.38 lakhs and a deferred tax credit of ₹206.08 lakhs).

Net Profit Attributable to Shareholders: Reached ₹14,216.71 lakhs (₹142.17 Cr) in Q1 FY27.

Total Comprehensive Income: Stood at ₹14,641.01 lakhs in Q1 FY27 after accounting for other comprehensive income of ₹424.30 lakhs.
