Signatureglobal Homes Ltd acquires saleable area of 0.38 mn sq.ft

Signatureglobal Homes Limited (SGHL), a wholly owned subsidiary of SIGNATUREGLOBAL (INDIA) LIMITED, has acquired today i.e. on 22nd July 2026 saleable area admeasuring 0.38 million square feet in project Signature Global Sarvam at DXP Estateat Sector-37D, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram, Haryana, for a one-time lump-sum consideration.

The acquired saleable area, which was earlier under a collaboration arrangement, forms part of a larger land parcel aggregating 13.56 acres and pertains to a project that has already been launched by SGHL.

Shares of Signatureglobal India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 781.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 798.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21814 in over 614 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 802.05 and intraday low of 780.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17119731.00.
