The company registered steady core revenue growth alongside significant expansion in net profitability, driven by strong fair value gains and sustained investor participation across its equity and digital channels.

Consolidated Performance
Total Income: Consolidated total income for Q1 FY27 stood at ₹585.23 crore, up 6.7% year-on-year (YoY) from ₹548.61 crore in Q1 FY26 and up 45.6% sequentially (QoQ) over ₹402.05 crore in Q4 FY26.
Core Revenue (Sale of Services): Reached ₹378.74 crore, registering a 1% QoQ growth compared to ₹374.88 crore in Q4 FY26, while remaining stable relative to ₹379.29 crore in Q1 FY26.
Core EBITDA: Stood at ₹178 crore for Q1 FY27, marking a 3% YoY increase over ₹173 crore in Q1 FY26 and a 21% QoQ surge compared to ₹147 crore in Q4 FY26.
Core Profit After Tax (PAT): Came in at ₹129 crore, growing 6% YoY from ₹122 crore in Q1 FY26 and 31% QoQ from ₹98 crore in Q4 FY26.
Consolidated Net Profit (PAT): Net profit attributable to owners of the company for the period expanded 24.1% YoY to ₹293.86 crore, up from ₹236.85 crore in Q1 FY26. Sequentially, performance swung sharply back into profitability from a net loss of ₹(66.71) crore in Q4 FY26.
Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS rose to ₹22.86 per equity share (face value ₹10 each), compared to ₹18.50 in Q1 FY26. Diluted EPS reached ₹22.84.
Standalone Performance
Core Revenue: Stood at ₹308 crore, up 1% QoQ from ₹305 crore in Q4 FY26 and stable on a YoY basis.
Core EBITDA: Reached ₹171 crore, up 1% YoY and 20% QoQ.
Core PAT: Stood at ₹119 crore, reflecting a 1% YoY growth and a 72% QoQ jump.
Dividend Approval: Shareholders approved a final dividend of ₹40 per equity share for FY 2025-26 at the Annual General Meeting held on July 21, 2026, representing a 95% payout ratio.

Depreciation, Amortisation, & Impairment: Stood at ₹13.07 crore vs. ₹13.22 crore in Q4 FY26 and ₹12.27 crore in Q1 FY26.
Finance Cost: Stood at ₹3.28 crore vs. ₹3.19 crore in Q4 FY26 and ₹3.38 crore in Q1 FY26.

Total Tax Expenses: Recorded at ₹74.08 crore (Current Tax: ₹61.48 crore; Deferred Tax: ₹12.60 crore).
Other Comprehensive Income (OCI): Total OCI (net of tax) recorded a loss of ₹(16.89) crore, primarily due to remeasurement adjustments on defined benefit liability (loss of ₹16.27 crore) and foreign operation exchange differences (loss of ₹3.72 crore).
Total Comprehensive Income: Reached ₹276.97 crore attributable to owners of the company in Q1 FY27, up from ₹245.22 crore in Q1 FY26.
Share Capital Base
Paid-Up Equity Share Capital: Stood at ₹128.53 crore (comprising equity shares of face value ₹10/- each).
