Talbros Engineering Ltd secures new industrial premises for expansion

Talbros Engineering Limited ("the Company") has successfully secured a new industrial premises located at Plot No. 38, Sector-4, Faridabad, Haryana - 121004, measuring 6500 sq. feet, for the purpose of business operations and expansions.

The company has entered into formal lease agreement with Sh. Satish Kumar Rawal and Sh. Vineet Kumar Rawal, owners and in possession of the said property, for a term of five (5) years w.e.f. 10.05.2026 to 09.05.2031.

The updates regarding the commencement of commercial production or operations related to any unit or division will be communicated separately once those activities begin.

Shares of Talbros Engineering Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 696.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 703.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 958 in over 48 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 709.00 and intraday low of 693.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 670969.00.
