Moneyboxx Finance raises INR 500 million via NCDs, total INR 700 million via NCDs in 4 months

Moneyboxx Finance Limited, announces the raise of INR 500 million via Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), subscribed by Capri Global Capital. This raise brings the total raised via NCDs in the first 4 months of FY27 to INR 700 million.

The magnitude of the raise via NCDs demonstrates strong confidence in the Company's business model and growth prospects. The increase in debt capital will enable the Company to enhance outreach and impact in rural and semi-urban India, providing vital financial support to small and micro-entrepreneurs and contributing to their economic empowerment.

The Company is supported by 34 lenders, including prominent banks like State Bank of India, HDFC Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank and has raised over INR 15 billion debt to date.

Shares of Moneyboxx Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 58.69 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 60.32. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2189 in over 50 trades.
