NTPC Renewable Energy Ltd accepts IRFC's bid for Rs. 7500 crores financing

NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL), a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC Green Energy Limited (NTPC GEL) has accepted IRFC's bid for Rs.7,500 crores for financing of Rupee Term Loan (RTL) against the Request for Proposal (RFP) NREL/FA/RFP/2024-25/IRFC/02 dated 17.01.2025.

The proposal is subject to further due diligence and approval of Board of Directors and finalisation of detailed sanctioned terms with NTPC REL.

Shares of NTPC Green Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 98.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 105.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2417718 in over 33608 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 103.00 and intraday low of 96.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 237307291.00.
