D P Wires Ltd board approves 1:7 bonus issue

The Board of Directors of D P Wires Ltd at its meeting held on Friday, September 29, 2023 considered and approved the increase in Authorized Capital of Company of the Company subject to approval of the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General meeting, to Rs. 18 Crores (Eighteen Crores Rupees Only).

The board also approved issue of Bonus shares in ratio of 1 new equity share against 7 equity shares held on record date to the eligible shareholders of the company. The Record Date for the said purpose will be announced to the stakeholders in due course.

The pre-bonus paid-up equity share capital as on the date of this letter is Rs. 13,56,80,000/- consisting of 1,35,68,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The post-bonus paid up equity share capital is expected to be around Rs. 15,50,62,850 consisting of 1,55,06,285 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of D P Wires Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 710.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 700.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16208 in over 1206 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 719.10 and intraday low of 697.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11491270.00.
