Mafatlal Industries Ltd executes sale deed for sale of land for Rs. 16.40 crores

Today on 28th March, 2022 Mafatlal Industries Ltd has signed sale deed in favour of Goldi Solar Private Limited for selling certain land at Navsari admeasuring apx. 72,000 sq. mtrs. for an aggregate consideration of Rs.16,40,00,000/- (Sixteen Crore Forty lacs only) and accordingly said consideration is received by the Company.

Shares of MAFATLAL INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 177.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 178.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9494 in over 22 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 181.95 and intraday low of 172.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1679279.00.
