Monarch Surveyors Secures ₹11.66 Crore Order from Government of Bihar for Greenfield Satellite Township Planning

Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants Limited (BSE: 544453), a leading civil infrastructure consulting and engineering services company, has secured a prestigious contract from the Government of Bihar, Urban Development & Housing Department, for the Preparation of Town Planning Scheme(s) for Multiple Greenfield Satellite Townships in Bihar (Group-1). The total value of the order stands at ₹11.66 crore (inclusive of GST).

The project marks another significant milestone in Monarch's growing participation in India's urban infrastructure development initiatives. Under the contract, the Company will undertake comprehensive town planning activities for the proposed greenfield satellite townships, supporting the Government's vision of planned urban expansion, sustainable infrastructure, and integrated regional development. The work is scheduled to commence immediately and will be executed as per the timelines stipulated in the Letter of Acceptance.

The contract has been awarded by a domestic government entity and is expected to further strengthen Monarch's credentials in delivering large-scale urban planning and infrastructure consultancy assignments for public sector clients across India.
