This new feature enables eligible employees of partner organizations to initiate withdrawal requests directly through WhatsApp, providing a simpler, faster, and more accessible channel for availing earned wages. The feature has been designed to enhance customer convenience while maintaining robust authentication, audit trails, and compliance with applicable regulatory and data protection requirements.

The introduction of this feature is aligned with the Company's ongoing efforts to leverage digital channels to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
