The Members of Capital Raising Committee of Board of Directors of Savani Financials Limited in their meeting held on Friday, 27th June, 2025, have considered and approved the allotment of 14% Secured, Un-listed and Un-rated 7080 Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each to the respective allottee aggregating to Rs. 7,08,00,000 (Rupees Seven Crores Eight Lakhs Only).
