Kairosoft AI Solutions Ltd updates on writ petition against BSE

Kairosoft AI Solutions Limited ("the Company") has instituted a Writ Petition bearing No. W.P.(C) 4633 of 2025 before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi against BSE Limited. The said petition was filed on April 9, 2025, through our Senior Advocate Shn Kapil Sibal, in relation to certain issues arising out of the Company's engagements and dealings with BSE Limited."

The hearing in the aforesaid Writ Petition, held on Today, i.e. Wednesday, 16th April, 2025, before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, and the said Jurisdictional matter is still not settled and therefore, further hearing is Scheduled to be held on Monday, 21st April, 2025.
