Lancor Holdings Ltd takes possession of part of commercial property as per SC order

Lancor Holdings Ltd has taken possession of four and half floors being the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th & 10th Floor (Northern wing) of the building named Menon Eternity, a commercial property on St. Mary's Road, Alwarpet, Chennai. The total area covered by the said four and half floors is 93,051sq ft. Yesterday the company has made payment of Rs.10 Crores. as per the order of Hob'le Supreme Court of India vide the judgement dated 31.10.2025.

The Company will now be engaged in refurbishing the above said floors of the building and showcasing to the prospective tenants, for lease.

Shares of LANCOR HOLDINGS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 26.56 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 25.81. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3131 in over 19 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 27.10 and intraday low of 25.66. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 83531.00.
