360 ONE WAM Limited, standing as one of India's largest wealth and alternates asset managers, today announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027 ended June 30, 2026. Riding on the back of rapid domestic wealth creation and a steady financialisation of savings, the company reported robust operational performance highlighted by double-digit expansion in both top-line revenue and bottom-line profit.
The wealth manager's absolute Profit After Tax (including Other Comprehensive Income) jumped to ₹330 crore for the quarter, reflecting a strong 14.8% growth compared to the ₹287 crore generated in the corresponding first quarter of the previous fiscal year. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, profitability improved by 12.9% against the ₹292 crore registered during the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026.
Revenue Dynamics and Core Operation Gauges
Total revenues for the company scaled up by 20.0% year-on-year to hit ₹870 crore, a healthy progression driven by consistent execution across core business strategies. Core revenue from operations made up ₹822 crore of the total mix, expanding by 24.2% over the ₹662 crore baseline recorded in Q1 FY26.
A closer examination of the operational segments reveals that Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) continues to be the bedrock of the firm's monetization engine. Total ARR revenue advanced by 20.3% year-on-year to touch ₹614 crore. Conversely, transactional and brokerage-based income reached ₹208 crore, showing a minor sequential moderation of 9.5% from the prior quarter, but tracking an impressive 37.3% higher than the ₹152 crore brought in during the same quarter last fiscal year. Other income contributed ₹47 crore to the aggregate wealth system mix.
The company's aggregate retention capability remained highly competitive. Combined ARR retention settled firmly at 74 basis points (bps). Within individual management divisions, the retention architecture stood at 71 bps for Wealth Management and scaled up to 83 bps inside the Asset Management platform.
Massive Expansion in Assets Under Management
At the core of the financial update is the sheer volume of wealth managed by the platform. The overall Assets under Management (AUM) for 360 ONE closed at a monumental ₹7,76,755 crore as of June 2026. This comprehensive asset pool is divided between a Transactional / Brokerage AUM pool of ₹4,34,719 crore and an ARR AUM foundation of ₹3,42,035 crore. The long-term recurring piece alone achieved an overall annualized jump of 19.0% YoY, bringing in solid ARR net inflows of ₹10,815 crore over the brief three-month period.
Wealth Management Framework: ARR AUM allocated within this wing climbed to ₹2,41,896 crore, showing an energetic 24.2% year-on-year expansion. This was driven by positive net flows spanning diverse private banking cohorts. The distinct 360 ONE Plus premium offering excelled with a 39.4% year-on-year jump, whereas standard Distribution models expanded by 11.9% YoY. Today, the group provides dedicated advisor coverage to more than 8,900 high-net-worth families and corporate accounts.
Asset Management Framework: ARR AUM tracking alternative strategies expanded to ₹1,00,139 crore, gaining 8.2% year-on-year. The core growth tailwinds were evenly balanced across Private Equity, structured Credit, and alternative Real Assets focus segments.
Expenditure Layout and Balance Sheet Strength
To maintain this scale of asset management, the platform's total expenses during the quarter calculated out to ₹446 crore, marking an expected increase from the ₹351 crore logged in Q1 FY26. Profit before tax for the platform settled at ₹424 crore. The associated corporate tax expense outgo came to ₹92.98 crore, composed of ₹78.80 crore in current tax and ₹14.18 crore under deferred allocations.
360 ONE WAM reported a highly liquid corporate baseline with a tangible net worth calculated at ₹6,882 crore, enabling the asset manager to lock in an excellent Tangible Return on Equity (ROE) of 19.4%. Earnings per equity share (of face value ₹1 each) recorded basic and diluted valuations at ₹7.84 and ₹7.12 respectively, reflecting the strong fundamental earnings capacity of the platform.
Management noted that India is experiencing unprecedented wealth creation spurred by prominent liquidity events, private equity exits, and new-economy digital listings. Against this vibrant environment, the company believes its client-first execution model, strict compliance structure, and mature risk management approach leave it cleanly positioned to turn these systemic financial tailwinds into highly disciplined, profitable growth.
