United Van Der Horst Limited ("the Company") has fixed Thursday January 22, 2026 as the Record date for the purpose of Sub-division/Split of each fully and partly paid-up equity share having face value of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five Only) each be sub-divided into 5 (Five) fully and partly equity shares having Face value of Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only).
