Sai Silks Kalamandir Ltd - Q3FY26 Business Update

Sai Silks (Kalamandir) Limited has announced the Business update of the Company at the end of the quarter December, 2025 subject to audit.

1. During Q3 FY26, our company reported a turnover of Rs. 411 crores, compared to Rs. 449 crores in Q3 FY25. For the 9 months ended FY26, turnover registered at Rs. 1,235 crores, against Rs. 1,063 crores for 9 months ended FY25.

2. During the quarter, five stores were opened: one store under the Kanchipuram Varamahalakshmi Silks format with an area of 7,040 sq. ft., and four stores under the Valli Silks format with a combined area of 13,506 sq. ft.

3. During the nine-month period ended December 2025, three stores were launched under the Kanchipuram Varamahalakshmi Silks format with a total area of 26,600 sq. ft., and eight stores under the Valli Silks format with a total area of 27,922 sq. ft., thus aggregating to 54,522 sq. ft for the 9 months period.

Shares of Sai Silks Kalamandir Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 152.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 152.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17669 in over 267 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 153.50 and intraday low of 149.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2675272.00.
