CSB Bank Ltd. released its provisional December 31, 2025 business update, showcasing strong year-over-year momentum across deposits and advances. CSB Bank's standout performance in gold loans (+46% YoY) continues to drive advance growth, leveraging its strong retail franchise and southern India presence. Term deposit expansion (+27% YoY) reflects robust customer mobilization, though CASA growth moderated to 3% YoY amid competitive pressures. The advances-to-deposits ratio stands at a healthy ~92%, signaling efficient balance-sheet utilization.
The results affirm CSB Bank's growth trajectory, fueled by niche lending segments and deposit franchise expansion, positioning it well for FY26 amid rising credit demand.
