Highway Infrastructure Ltd receives LoA of Rs. 154.59 crores

Highway Infrastructure Limited has received the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) of Rs. 154,59,99,930/- (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty Four Crores Fifty Nine Lakhs Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty Only) for operations at Moti Naroli Fee Plaza in the State of Gujarat. The Letter of Award (LOA) was issued by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on 16th February, 2026. The LOA includes:

1. Engagement of user fee agency at Moti Naroll Fee Plaza at Km 969.096, Ena Fee plaza at Km 1005.426, Gandevi Fee Plaza at Km 1032.991 for Eight Lane Vadodara - Mumbai Expressway from Km 279.00 to Km 292.00 (VME Pkg-4 Ankleshwar to Manubar Section), Km 254.430 to Km 279.000 (VME Pkg-5, Kim to Ankleshwar Section), Km 217.500 to Km 254.430 (VME Pkg-6 Ena to Kim Section), and Km 190.000 to Km 217.500 (VME Pkg-7 Gandeva to Ena Section) in the State of Gujarat.

2. Upkeep/maintenance of adjacent Toilet blocks including recouping the consumable items.
