Jaro Institute of Technology Management and Research Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Jaro Institute of Technology Management and Research Limited at its meeting held today, has declared an Interim Dividend of 20%, i.e. Rs. 2.00 per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2025-26. The interim dividend will be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before 31st January 2026.

The Board has fixed Friday, January 16, 2026, as the "record date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend.

Shares of Jaro Institute of Technology Management and Research Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 461.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 466.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10019 in over 334 trades.
