Kumbhat Financial Services Limited allots 5.78 lakh shares to promoter Sanjay Kumbhat

The Board of Directors of Kumbhat Financial Services Limited has approved and passed a resolution by circulation today i.e. on March 29 , 2025 for the allotment of 5,78,000 (Five Lakh Seventy-Eight Thousand) fully paid-up Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) at an issue price of Rs. 24.00 (Rupees Twenty-Four Only) per equity share including a premium of Rs. 14/- (Rupees Fourteen only) per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs. 1,38,72,000/- (Rupees One Crore Thirty Eight Lakhs Seventy Two Thousand only), on a preferential basis to promoter - Sanjay Kumbhat.

These shares shall rank pari-passu, in all respects, with the existing equity shares of the Company.
