Aryaman Financial Services Ltd approves preferential issue to promoter group entity

The Board of Directors of Aryaman Financial Services Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. Friday, March 21, 2025 has approved the Allotment of 5,65,000 (Five Lakh Sixty-Five Thousand) Equity Shares at issue price of Rs. 245/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Forty-Five Only) which consists of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) as face value and Rs. 235/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Thirty-Five only) as premium per Equity Share to Mahshri Enterprises Private Limited (Promoter) on a preferential basis.

The company has received subscription money of Rs. 13,84,25,000/- (Rupees Thirteen Crore Eighty-Four Lakhs TwentyFive Thousand Only) against the issue of 5,65,000 Equity Shares.

Shares of ARYAMAN FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 500.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 512.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 829 in over 39 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 517.50 and intraday low of 492.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 422417.00.
