Adani Saur Urja LA Ltd receives LOA from UPPCL

Adani Saur Urja (LA) Limited, a Wholly-owned Subsidiary of Adani Green Energy Limited, has received a Letter of Award ("LOA") from Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited ("UPPCL") for procurement of 1,250 MW energy storage capacity from Pumped Hydro Storage Projects.

The capacity is secured through the e-Reverse Auction conducted by UPPCL.

The Annual Fixed Cost payable under the LOA is Rs. 76,53,226 per Mw per Annum (taxes extra) for the entire period of 40 years from COD.

Shares of Adani Green Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 840.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 835.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 287631 in over 8688 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 867.25 and intraday low of 829.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 243963283.00.
