Rail Vikas Nigam Limited in Consortium with M/s HFCL Limited & Aerial Telecom Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has signed Project Implementation Agency (PIA) Agreement with M/s Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) on 20.02.2025.
