NITCO Limited enters into OTS with LIC

NITCO Ltd has entered into One-Time Settlement (OTS) with Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) for its debt facilities.

LIC has approved the OTS proposal and accordingly, the Company on October 16, 2024 paid the One-Time Settlement amount towards its entire dues outstanding with LIC.

Shares of Nitco Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 115.12 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 109.64. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3889 in over 18 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 115.12 and intraday low of 115.12. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 447701.00.
