TruCap Finance Ltd raises USD 5,000,000

The Finance Committee of TruCap Finance Limited ("Company") at their meeting held on June 27, 2024 have, considered and approved the allotment of 500 (Five Hundred) secured, United States Dollar denominated bonds of face value of USD 10,000 (United States Dollar Ten Thousand only) each, aggregating up to USD 5,000,000 (United States Dollar Five Million only) (hereinafter referred to as "Bonds") on a private placement basis to Global Gender-Smart Fund S.A., SICAV-SIF.

The Bonds will be listed on global securities market platform of India International Exchange Limited (India INX).

The Bonds shall be secured by an exclusive first ranking charges by way of hypothecation over portfolio of Target Beneficiaries (as defined in the Subscription Agreement) with 1.10 times of principal amount outstanding on the Bonds.
