AGS Transact Technologies Ltd board approves preferential issue of warrants

The Board of Directors of AGS Transact Technologies Limited (the "Company") at their meeting held today i.e. Monday, June 17, 2024 has approved the issuance of upto 2,52,36,500 Convertible Warrants ("Warrants") carrying an entitlement to subscribe to an equivalent number of equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to Promoter/Promoter Group and Non-Promoters on a preferential basis in accordance with Chapter V of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2018, as amended ("SEBI ICDR Regulations"), as amended, and other applicable laws, at a price of Rs. 79.25/- each or at a price being not lower than the minimum price determined in accordance with the Regulations for Preferential Issue contained in Chapter V of the SEBI ICDR Regulations, whichever is higher, subject to the approval of regulatory/ statutory authorities and the shareholders of the Company.

Shares of AGS Transact Technologies Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 79.86 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 80.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 53150 in over 845 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 83.00 and intraday low of 78.96. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4278061.00.
