Automotive Axles Limited announces sale of land for Rs. 12.75 crore

Automotive Axles Limited has executed a Sale Deed on June 12, 2024, effecting the sale of the Company's Industrial land measuring 93,032.84 Sq.mt situated at Plot No. 70 & 71, Smart Industrial Park, (Near NATRIP) Industrial area, Pithampur District Dhar (M.P.) for a consideration of Rs. 12,75,00,000/- (Rs. Twelve Crore Seventy-Five Lakhs Only) to M/s. Swara Baby Products Private Limited ("the Buyer") on such terms and conditions mentioned therein.

Shares of Automotive Axles Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1997.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1967.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 800 in over 197 trades.
