Som Distilleries and Breweries Limited fixes May 24, 2024 as record date for stock split

Som Distilleries and Breweries Limited has fixed Friday, i.e. May 24, 2024 as the Record Date, to ascertain the name of shareholders entitled for subdivision of each of the Equity Share of the Company having a face value of Rs. 5/- each subdivided into a face value of Rs. 2/- each.

Upon sub-division of face value of each share from Rs. 5/- to Rs. 2/-, All fractional Equity Shares resulting from such sub-division of existing equity shares shall be disposed off at the market price and the net proceeds (less expenses, if any) will be distributed proportionately, as far as practicable, to the concerned members.
