The Board of Directors of Mercury Ev-Tech Limited (Formerly known as Mercury Metals Limited) in their Board Meeting held today i.e. April 13, 2024 approved the acquisition/purchase of 65% stake in Altius EV Tech Private Limited, equivalent to 6500 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 10 each, total consideration being Rs. 65,000.
