Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd invests in Jaypore E-Commerce Pvt Ltd

Jaypore E-Commerce Private Limited ("JECPL"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited, has today allotted 16,66,667 equity shares for a total consideration aggregating to ~₹25 crore to the Company.

Incorporated in year 2012 and runs bespoke ethnic wear business selling occasion and ceremonial contemporary apparel for men and women under the brand name "Jaypore".

Shares of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 205.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 204.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 171592 in over 1930 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 206.90 and intraday low of 202.90. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 35189248.00.
