Lemon Tree Hotels signs a new property in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand

Lemon Tree Hotels announced its latest signing - Lemon Tree Hotel, Mussoorie. The property which shall be franchised by Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, is expected to open in FY25.

Nestled amidst the foothills of the Himalayas, Mussoorie reigns supreme as the "Queen of the Hills." This captivating hill station in India's Uttarakhand state beckons with its breathtaking beauty and diverse offerings. A captivating paradise for leisure travellers, it is a perfect summer resort. Mussoorie spreads across at a height of 2,000 m above sea level.

The property will feature 60 well-appointed rooms, restaurants, meeting rooms, heated swimming pool, fitness center, spa, recreation room and other public areas.

The Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun is 30 kms away while the Dehradun railway station is 28 kms from the hotel. The hotel is also well connected by roadways for both public and private transport.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 120.25 and intraday low of 117.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14716556.00.
