D B Realty Limited provides corporate guarantee of Rs. 45 crore on behalf of Esteem Properties Pvt Ltd

The Finance & Investment Committee of D B Realty Limited at its meeting held today has approved to provide corporate guarantee of Rs. 45 crores to Capri Global Capital Limited ("Lender") in respect of term loan facility granted by the Lender to Esteem Properties Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Shares of D B Realty Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 179.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 183.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 260846 in over 4378 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 185.95 and intraday low of 177.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 47228291.00.
