Seamec Ltd to purchase 2 OSVs Sea Diamond and Sea Pearl

The Board of Directors of SEAMEC LIMITED in its meeting held on December 15, 2023, considered and approved the purchase of 2 nos. OSVs namely "SEA DIAMOND" and "SEA PEARL" and granting authority to officials to execute documents for acquisition of vessels and approving the means of finance through availing loan and internal resources.

The Related Party Transaction with HAL Offshore Limited for offering the OSVs "SEA DIAMOND" and "SEA PEARL" for ONGC Contract for period of 3 years. Further details will be provided upon execution of Memorandum of Understandings (MOU).

Shares of Seamec Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 908.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 934.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 149742 in over 817 trades.
