Marquee investors invest in Jupiter Wagons Limited's QIP

The QIP Committee ("Committee") of Jupiter Wagons Limited has, at its meeting held today i.e., 4th December, 2023 approved the issue and allotment of 12,80,65,95 Equity Shares of face value ₹ 10 each to eligible qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of ₹ 315/- per Equity Share (including a premium of ₹ 305/-per Equity Share) against the floor price of ₹ 331.34/- per Equity Share, aggregating to ₹ 40,34,07,74,25/-.

The Issue opened on 29th November, 2023 and closed on 4th December, 2023. The allottees are:

SOCIETE GENERALE - ODI - 23,82,645 shares
COPTHALL MAURITIUS INVESTMENT LIMITED - ODI ACCOUNT - 10,58,388 shares
RAJASTHAN GLOBAL SECURITIES PRIVATE LIMITED - 9,52,380 shares
HSBC LARGE & MID CAP FUND - 9,52,380 shares
BANDHAN FOCUSED EQUITY FUND - 8,88,889 shares

Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Shares in the Issue, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from ₹ 39,94,87,03,00 comprising of 39,948,70,30 Equity Shares to ₹ 41,22,93,62,50, comprising of 41,22,93,625 Equity Shares.

Shares of Jupiter Wagons Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 340.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 341.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 48673 in over 1358 trades.
