Godrej Properties achieves booking value of INR 2,000 crore through its project Godrej Tropical Isle in Noida

Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL), (BSE scrip id: GODREJPROP), one of India's leading real estate developers, today announced that it has sold ~ 670 homes worth over INR 2,000 crore in its project, Godrej Tropical Isle, located in Sector 146, Noida. This is Godrej Properties' most successful ever launch in terms of the value and volume of sales achieved. The project was launched in August 2023 within nine months of the purchase of land through an e-auction conducted by Noida Authority in November 2022.

The Mumbai based real estate developer sold ~ 670 homes with an area of ~1.5 million square feet.

Sector 146 is a prominent upcoming residential corridor in Noida. It provides access to high-quality social infrastructure and is in close proximity to commercial infrastructure like - Noida SEZ, entertainment hubs, Film City, etc. The area provides good connectivity to Indira Gandhi International Airport and the upcoming Jewar Airport, as well as to the metro station and the three major expressways - Noida- Greater Noida Expressway, Yamuna Expressway, and the upcoming FNG Expressway.

Shares of Godrej Properties Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1538.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1553.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26015 in over 1340 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1575.85 and intraday low of 1536.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 40550618.00.
