Ddev Plastiks Industries Limited fixes June 30, 2023 as record date for bonus issue

The Board of Directors of Ddev Plastiks Industries Limited have fixed Friday, the 30th June, 2023 as the Record Date to ascertain the eligibility of shareholders for issuance of 1 (one) Bonus Equity Share of Re. 1/- (Rupee one only) each for every 10 (Ten) Fully paid up Equity Shares of Re. 1/- (Rupee one only) each held by the shareholder on the record date.
