Credent Global Finance Ltd files Draft Offer Letter for Rights Issue

The Board of Directors of Credent Global Finance Limited (Formerly known as Oracle Credit Limited) ("the Board") had, approved the issuance of fully paid-up equity shares of the Company by way of a rights issue to the existing shareholders of the Company for, an amount not exceeding Rs. 4900 Lakhs ("Issue").

Pursuant to the above referred approval, the Company has on June 16, 2023, filed the draft letter of offer in connection with the Issue with the BSE Limited.

Shares of Credent Global Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 162.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 168.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13264 in over 156 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 169.90 and intraday low of 159.90. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2149409.00.
