Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese Ltd sells 12 MW power plant for Rs. 11.40 crores

Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese Ltd has entered into a transaction with a buyer for sale of the 12 MW power plant of the Company situated at Raipur, Chhattisgarh for an aggregate consideration of Rs. 11.40 Crores (exclusive of GST and applicable charges).

The power plant was not operational and hence the said sale will not affect the operations of the Company.

Shares of INDSIL HYDRO POWER AND MANGANESE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 37.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 37.82. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5036 in over 48 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 38.20 and intraday low of 37.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 189409.00.
