CRAVATEX Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50

The board of directors of CRAVATEX Ltd have recommended a dividend of Rs.0.40 per share (4%) each on Nonconvertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares (Unlisted) ofRs.10/­ each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023, for approval of the members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
