Pricol files objection against Minda Corporation's application to CCI for investing in Pricol Ltd

The Company has filed a preliminary objection against the Minda Corporation Limited's (Minda) application to the Competition Commission of India ("CCI") for making investment in Equity Shares of Pricol Limited upto 24.5% of total Equity Shares of Pricol, while also reserving right to challenge in detail on merits at the appropriate stage.

Shares of Pricol Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 235.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 234.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22421 in over 970 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 239.50 and intraday low of 234.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5302409.00.
