The board of directors of TIPS Industries Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Re.0.50/- (i.e. 50%) per equity share of face value of Re.1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
