MMTC Ltd announces VRS

MMTC Ltd has announced Voluntary Retirement Scheme in which around 85 Officials opted for the scheme and involves an ex gratia of Rs 38 Crores ( Approx) VRS was introduced in order to curtail the manpower strength due to non business activities in the company.

Shares of MMTC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 30.69 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 30.91. The total number of shares traded during the day was 660955 in over 1716 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 31.41 and intraday low of 30.52. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 20373736.00.
