HDFC has sold 2.15% in Siti Networks Ltd

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has sold 1,87,06,774 equity shares of Re. 1 each of Siti Networks Limited (“Siti”), representing 2.15% of the paid-up share capital of Siti. Post the said sale, the Corporation would hold 5,66,67,989 equity shares of Re. 1 each of Siti representing 6.49% of its paid-up share capital.

The shares have been sold on various dates starting December 30, 2022 including sale of 13,31,541 equity shares representing 0.15% of the paid-up share capital of Siti on May 3, 2023.

Shares of Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2788.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2791.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 37557 in over 1882 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2793.00 and intraday low of 2770.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 104572732.00.
