The Board of Directors of Supra Pacific Management Consultancy Limited ("the Company") in their meeting held on Wednesday, 3rd May, 2023, considered and approved the issuance of Unsecured, Unrated, Unlisted Subordinated Debts of Rs 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) each.

The Board considered and approved the allotment of 34200 secured, unlisted Nonconvertible Debentures (NCDs) for an aggregate consideration of Rs. 3,42,00,000 on Private Placement Basis.

The Board also considered and approved the issuance of unrated, unlisted Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) each aggregating to Rs. 10,00,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crore only).
