Ashiana Housing Ltd updates on bookings for 'Ashiana Ekansh'

Ashiana Housing Ltd have commenced booking of units in phase 1 and 2 of the project "Ashiana Ekansh". So far, we have booked 130 units (Sale Value: Rs. 102.76 crores, Area Booked - 2,14,240 sq. ft).

"Ashiana Ekansh" phase 1 and 2 is a Premium Homes project wherein we have launched 240 units (out of a total 280 units) of 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK, with total saleable area of 4.08 lakh sq. ft., located at Jaipur (Rajasthan).

Shares of Ashiana Housing Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 141.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 141.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3163 in over 139 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 142.55 and intraday low of 140.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 449088.00.
