Bajaj Steel Industries Ltd updates on sale of Superpack division

Bajaj Steel Industries Limited had earlier announced the sale of Superpack division of the Company on a slump sale basis to VSA Business Solutions Private Limited, Nagpur ("the Buyer").

The Company has executed Slump Sale Agreement on February 20, 2023 with the Buyer and the rest of the transactions pertaining to such sale are expected to be completed on or before March 31,2023.

Shares of BAJAJ STEEL INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1114.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1166.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 38188 in over 1911 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1200.00 and intraday low of 1083.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 43021221.00.
