Pradeep Metals Ltd approves interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Pradeep Metals Ltd in their Meeting held on 3rd February, 2023 has approved Interim Dividend of 10% i.e. Re. 1/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each.

The Company has fixed Wednesday 15th February, 2023 as Record Date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of Members entitled to receive the Interim Dividend for FY 2022-23.
